Early voting and absentee mail voting for the 2024 elections in Virginia are now open!

Any registered voter can vote early in person or request an absentee (mail) ballot. Virginia no longer requires a reason or excuse.

You can request an absentee mail-in ballot online or via paper form.

You can vote early at any location in your city/county as follows:

Alexandria City

Early voting is open now at the Office of Voter Registration & Elections:

An additional location will open at the Charles Beatley Library on October 21st.

Early voting is open now at two locations in Arlington:
