The RPV Advance is the annual statewide meeting of Republicans from across the Commonwealth of Virginia, hosted by the Republican Party of Virginia.
The Advance includes training sessions, breakfasts and luncheons, receptions, updates from party leadership, a gala banquet, and networking with fellow Republicans from across the state.
This year’s Advance is Friday, November 19 through Saturday, November 20. It is in Northern Virginia this year at the Hilton Tysons Corner, 7920 Jones Branch Drive in McLean. It will feature a kickoff reception with Gov. Bob McDonnell, Lt. Gov. Bill Bolling, and Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli on Friday evening.
Other guest speakers include Rep. Frank Wolf (10th District), Rep.-elect Robert Hurt (5th District), Lt. Gov. Bolling, Attorney General Cuccinelli, Sen. Rick Santorum, and the likely new House Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (7th District).
The Arlington/Falls Church Young Republicans and the Young Conservatives Coalition (led by 8th District GOP vice-chair Chris Malagisi) are teaming up with the 8th District GOP to host a suite at the Advance on Friday evening. Refreshments will be served — be sure to stop by!
