The Virginia primaries have been moved from June 9th to Tuesday, June 23rd. The statewide Republican primary for U.S. Senate will take place on that date at your regular polling place.

The 8th District Republican Committee continues to closely monitor the impact of the coronavirus shutdown and is developing contingencies in case plans for our convention scheduled for May 30th must be altered. We are also awaiting potential emergency rule changes from the Republican Party of Virginia to allow greater flexibility for conventions. We will provide updates as they develop.
