Virginia presidential primary is TODAY!
It’s SUPER TUESDAY!
Voting Information
The polls will be open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. Vote at your regular polling place. Your polling place may have changed because of redistricting, so please be sure to verify at the Virginia State Board of Elections’ personalized voter tool.
Note that only Ron Paul and Mitt Romney will be on the ballot in Virginia because the other campaigns did not file enough valid signatures to get on the ballot. No write-ins are allowed. If you don’t want to vote for Paul or Romney, you can cast a blank ballot by not selecting a candidate, then submitting your ballot.
You can get live results from Virginia at the State Board of Elections results page. Results usually start coming in 10-15 minutes after polls close. Media outlets will also have results, but the SBE has detailed precinct/county results.
Contact 8th District GOP Chairman Mike Ginsberg with any questions at va8gopchairman@hotmail.com.

Volunteers Needed!
The Mark Kelly for Arlington County Board, Patrick Murray for Congress, and George Allen for Senate campaigns are looking for volunteers to work outside the polls today. The goal is to identify and recruit potential Republican volunteers for the general election, and to make Arlington Republicans aware of the March 27th Arlington County Board election. Volunteers will be distributing literature and materials such as bumper stickers to voters, and gathering petition signatures to get Allen and Murray on the ballot.
The campaigns are looking for folks to staff the polls during the busiest voting times — early morning (6:00-9:00 am), lunchtime (11:30 am – 1:30 pm), and after work (5:00-7:00 pm). If you can spare any time, even just an hour or two, to help, it will be greatly appreciated.
To help the Kelly campaign/Arlington GOP, contact Arlington GOP precinct coordinators Bradley McKinney (bradley.mckinney@gmail.com) or Goud Maragani (goud.p.maragani@gmail.com).
To help the Allen campaign, contact Mike Ginsberg at va8gopchairman@hotmail.com.
To help the Murray campaign, contact the campaign at patrick@murrayforcongress.com or 703-548-4977.
