We’re about two weeks away from the U.S. Senate primary and the state Republican convention!

The primary is on Tuesday, June 12th, and we have four outstanding candidates: George Allen, E.W. Jackson, Bob Marshall, and Jamie Radtke.

Absentee voting is going on now. In-person absentee voting runs through Saturday, June 9th at your city/county elections office. More details on absentee voting are available here. Fairfax County is encouraging absentee voters to vote before the 9th because of the Celebrate Fairfax festival also happening at the Government Center that day, which may create difficulties for absentee voters.

The Virginia Republican Convention is on Saturday, June 16th in Richmond. More details on the convention are available here. Deadlines to be a delegate have passed, but guests may attend for a $10 fee.
