Welcome to March — the beginning of spring, but the continuation of already-busy campaigns.  The deadlines to sign up to be a delegate to the 2013 RPV State Convention in Richmond are approaching.  Details on how to be a delegate — and the deadlines to sign up — are below.

In addition to being a convention delegate, you can also be a guest at the Commonwealth Gala, scheduled for the night before the convention (Fri., May 17), and the Convention Breakfast, scheduled for the morning of Sat., May 18, before the convention.  Each will feature nationally-renowned speakers.  You can also advertise at the convention, in the program or at a convention vendor table.
