URGENT: Volunteers needed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for AG race
As you know, the Attorney General’s race is razor-thin — Mark Obenshain is leading by — as of Saturday night — approximately 15 votes (you read that right). Canvassing is still taking place in a number of localities, and in particular, the Fairfax County ballot reviews are still ongoing. We need volunteer help TODAY (Sunday, Nov. 21), TOMORROW, and Tuesday. Details below. Help our friend Mark in this important time and let’s make sure the votes are counted fairly and accurately.
Volunteers are urgently needed to help the Obenshain campaign over the next three days in Fairfax County. If you have any time tomorrow (Sunday), Monday (Veterans Day), or Tuesday, please email Hooff Cooksey or Audrey Jackson as soon as possible. Any time you can provide — even a couple of hours — will make a tremendous difference. You can reach Hooff Cooksey at hooff@markobenshain.com and Audrey Jackson at audrey@markobenshain.com. Please be sure to include your phone number in your email, and they will get back to you.
Among other activities, the Obenshain team is looking for folks in Northern Virginia to be on standby to give rides on Sunday, 1-5 p.m., on Monday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and on Tuesday through 1 p.m..
The volunteer work will be taking place at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, in Fairfax.
