Come out and help the 8th District GOP on its first door-to-door walk from the new Alexandria Victory Office this Saturday, August 11th! We are getting started this weekend and we would love to have your help. We’ll be walking for our nominees Mitt Romney, George Allen, and Patrick Murray.

The walk will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will last until about 12 noon. When you’re done, come join the Alexandria GOP at the Alexandria Irish Festival!

The office is at 25 S. Dove St. in Alexandria (map). If you are heading west on Duke St. from Old Town Alexandria, bear to the right about two blocks after Diagonal Road, right past the water company office. (Follow the sign for Dove St.) Turn left when you hit Roberts Lane and go straight through the traffic light. You will be on Dove St.; the Post Office will be on your left. Follow Dove St. until the end. The last building on the left houses the 8th District Victory Office. Follow the campaign signs to the office door. If you are heading east on Duke St. toward Old Town Alexandria, bear right onto Dove St.; the turn is after the Duke St.-Telegraph Rd. interchange.
